Our ice-cream cakes are made from the finest hand made premium ice-cream (made freshly on premises) and the freshest of ingredients. You can choose from up to 3 individual flavours (they come layered) of ice-cream as well as mix ins. Each cake can be personalised with an individual message.

Of course, you are welcome to call our factory on 9836-4444 and speak to one of our lovely staff or pop into to discuss your requirements with one of our team. We would love to see you!

As each ice-cream cake is freshly prepared to individual orders, we require a minimum of 24 hours to produce your order. We also have lots of cakes readily available in store to pick up or have delivered. Please call us on 9836-4444 if you need a cake sooner than this and we’ll let you know what we can do!

You can collect your ice-cream cake from our store in Camberwell during business hours.

If you choose to collect your ice-cream cake from our store, we recommend you bringing a cooler bag or esky with ice blocks.This should give you up to 3 hours travel time. Make sure you keep the cake out of the sun and have the air conditioning on if it’s warm. Cakes should otherwise last approximately 25-30 minutes travel time without an esky or cooler bag.

Yes, we deliver. Please check the delivery page for the suburbs we deliver to. Feel free to call us on 9836-4444 if your suburb isn’t listed.

Generally we will  deliver between 8am and 4pm on Saturdays as well as other times by arrangement during the week. Our drivers will send you a text message when they are approximately 30 minutes away from the delivery address. Please ensure someone will be there to collect the delivery, otherwise it will be returned to our factory for next day collection and delivery fee will not be refunded. We can also deliver during the week, but this will attract a $10 surcharge. At the moment we don’t deliver on Sundays.

Delivery fees are calculated by postcode. Please see our delivery page for prices. Please call us on 9836-4444 if your suburb isn’t listed and we’ll see what we can do. Please note that we do charge a $10 midweek delivery surcharge as these deliveries are generally one offs. Saturday deliveries do not incur this fee.

Once your cake has been made and you choose to cancel your order, we cannot offer a refund – this is because each cake is made to individual requirements. However, you can choose to postpone or re-arrange the delivery of your order if you give us 24 hours notice. If we haven’t started making your cake we will be happy to offer you a refund.

While we hope to make each cake delivery a special event, we typically text the receiver to confirm they will be available during the scheduled delivery time and discuss directions if needed. You must provide the recipients mobile contact number, otherwise we are unable to deliver and your cake will need to be collected. Often we must identify ourselves, and our company name may indicate the gift is a cake . In addition, sometimes the receiver will ask the name of the person sending the gift. While surprises are fun, we must also be aware that people are understandably cautious and respect their concerns. If the gift must be a surprise, please enter the contact and delivery information for another person at the delivery address who can coordinate the delivery with us. We are unable to guarantee the surprise.

At your request or at our discretion, the cake may be left with a responsible person such as a neighbour, security office, apartment manager, etc. Otherwise we will not leave the cake at your place without anyone there and it will be returned to our factory in Camberwell for next business day collection.

Whilst we cannot guarantee delivery at specific times, we will always deliver your cake prior to your party/function time. That is if your party starts at say 2pm, your cake could be delivered anytime between 8am and 2pm. We will always text you when we are approximately 30 minutes away.

The delivery address and mobile phone number are critical to the delivery, as well as the name of the function centre or venue. Please confirm the recipient’s address and phone number including apartment number and postcode prior to placing your order. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Receiver mobile phone numbers are essential for coordinating deliveries. Please provide as much information as possible on the delivery location including the name of the business, building, office complex, suite number, floor number, building number, subdivision or community name, apartment complex, dorm, hospital, retirement or assisted living facility, or school.

Many people have serious food allergies to common ingredients such as flour,egg, dairy products, strawberries, nuts, etc. If you have any question about the possibility of a food allergy for your recipient, please discuss this prior to placing your order.

Remove your cake from the freezer about 10-15 minutes before you are ready to present it.In the time it takes to sing Happy Birthday, blow out the candles and take a few pictures, it will be ready to serve (about 15-20 minutes altogether).If your cake is still a bit frozen simply dip your knife in a cup of hot water.

The boxes to fit the 1.3 and 2 litre cakes are 29cm x 29cm x 10cm deep and the larger cake boxes are 39cm x 39cm x 10cm deep. The larger cakes and designer cakes will require a depth of up to 25cm. We can also cut the cake board to the size of space that you have. If you think that this may be an issue, please advise us of the space you have in the notes section upon ordering.

We can add some of your favourite goodies inside your ice cream cake. These are an additional $8.90 per mix and you have a choice of:M&Ms, Tim Tams, Maltesers, Hundreds and Thousands, Oreos, Crunchie, Mint Slice, Wagon Wheels, Kit Kat, Freddo, Smarties and Flake (let us know your preference if it isn’t listed and we will try to help!!)*Please note that by adding these mixes it may make your cake vulnerable to traces of nuts and other allergies.
